Rosie’s Red Hot Cantina and Taco Joint (Rosie’s for short) is a breathe of fresh air on Wellington’s waterfront. Bringing Wellingtonian’s the best street food from L.A. to the Baja Coast. Tacos are the hero of the place washed down with a margarita or two.
This brand took a few turns in the procress of getting to this point but what an amazing journey and so much fun! We wanted something Californian beach and a bit retro with a subtle Mexican flare – the result was Rosie’s. With fresh flavours and a twist on some Mexican favourites (not to mention great burgers and fried chicken), Rosie’s is fast becoming a favourite in Wellington.
